Murder Free on Technicality

(old news, okay I'm sorry...this is a Nov 2005 case) I guess it's a fairly common thing, but it sucks all the same. I'm doing a research paper on the David Policano case. In short, Policano walks away from a 25 year murder sentence because he actually intended to kill his victim. Oh, you've got to love those technicalities.
